These terms govern your use of ucraft (“we”, “us”, “the service”). By uploading a CV or paying for a rewrite, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear or you disagree with something, email us before you use the service.
1. What we do
ucraft is an AI-assisted CV review and rewriting tool. You upload your CV, we generate a critique (the “roast”) and, if you pay, a rewritten CV and supporting documents (LinkedIn copy, cover letter, etc.). The roast is free. The rewrite is paid.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. By using ucraft you confirm the CV you upload is yours, or that you have explicit permission from the person it belongs to. Don't upload someone else's CV to roast it for fun — that's an invasion of their privacy and we will refuse to process it if we detect it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights
- Use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading job application materials
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying prompts or models
- Resell the service or use it on behalf of a third party without written permission
- Submit volume large enough to qualify as automated abuse (rate-limited per IP)
4. AI-generated content
The CV rewrites, cover letters, LinkedIn copy, and other outputs are generated by large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude). AI output is a draft — you are responsible for reviewing it before using it in a real job application. We don't guarantee accuracy, employability, or that any AI-suggested metric or claim is true. If the AI invents a number or detail not present in your original CV, remove it before sending.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are displayed on the site at the time of purchase and shown in Georgian Lari (₾). Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Paddle). We may change prices at any time, but any change applies only to new purchases — never retroactively.
6. Refund policy
7-day no-questions refund. If the rewrite isn't materially better than what you uploaded, email artyomananov@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase — include the Paddle order ID from your receipt — and we'll refund you in full. No forms. No phone calls. No awkward justification required. Money lands back on your card in 3–5 business days.
After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and typically only granted for technical failures (e.g. the file you received was corrupted or didn't generate properly).
7. Intellectual property
Your CV stays yours. The CV you upload, the rewritten CV we produce for you, and any supporting documents are your property. You may use them however you want, including submitting them to employers, sharing them, or selling derivative work based on them.
Our brand, code, and prompts are ours. The ucraft name, logo, design, source code, and the prompt engineering that drives the AI are our intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute them.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
ucraft is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, or a callback. We don't guarantee the AI's suggestions are factually correct — that's on you to verify before sending. We don't guarantee uptime; the service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to upstream provider outages (Anthropic, Paddle, our hosting provider).
To the maximum extent allowed by Georgian law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ucraft is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost job opportunities or lost income.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time — there's no account to delete (we don't require signup).
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Any dispute is to be resolved first by good-faith email negotiation. If that fails, the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the service after a change means acceptance. For material changes (pricing, refund policy, data handling), we'll publish a notice on the site for at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
